U.S. Army “A Hero’s Calling”

This program positioned transitioning Soldiers as the preferred choice for potential employers in the civilian workforce. The stories we told promoted Soldier skills and attracted more companies to participate in Army career transition programs.

In the first 90 days of active campaigning, A Hero’s Calling increased the number of hiring managers who expressed interest in identifying their company as an “employer who wants to hire Veterans” by more than 10%.
