The Challenge
A Salvation Army Command in the Southern Territory needed to streamline and optimize its approach to volunteerism in order to increase volunteer participation and financial results at the Red Kettles.

The Solution
The Command partnered with Summit Marketing to implement Register to Ring, our proprietary kettle management and volunteer platform. Immediate benefits included optimized scheduling, which reduced costs and improved coverage for their most profitable kettles. The client was also able to review the bell ringing schedule to avoid redundancy and gaps, use daily route sheets and kettle slips to save time and fuel and gather more information during ringer signup to build a stronger database of reliable volunteers.
